Claudia’s is crafted from white grapes sourced both from our vineyards and neighboring estates. Rather than adhering to a rigid recipe, we embrace the variability of grape composition each year. This approach allows us to showcase the best that nature offers annually.
Pale straw with amber hints
Reveals aromas of ripe lemon, green apple, peach, and apricot, complemented by subtle notes of yogurt, hints of smoke, and delicate suggestions of vanilla.
Displays ripe stone fruit alongside subtle notes of white flower. It has a full body and creaminess, with a long finish marked by pronounced acidity, delivering a complete and balanced experience.

Viticulture:
The weather in 2023 was characterized by hot and humid conditions. Temperatures remained consistently above the long-term average until August. The year saw above-average rainfall, particularly in December 2022 and June 2023, which continued through the harvest period, posing challenges for us.
Fermentation:
After gentle pressing, the must underwent slow fermentation in barrels with regular batonnage.
Aging:
The wine matured in barrels for 7 months, undergoing batonnage once a week to enhance complexity.
