The orange wine is the third done by Quevedo and resulted in a lovely and surprising wine. This wine is crafted to express the quality and the complexity that skin contact with white grapes can achieve.
Our Orange wine was made to be your food companion, dry like a red wine, full bodied, smooth and tight tannins, and a complex and very long aromatic finish! For those who enjoy old-fashined winemaking.
Deep bright amber of medium saturation

Full-bodied for a white wine but not surprising for an orange wine. Upon the first sip, the palate is greeted with a rich and elegant embrace. The wine's flavor profile is intense, showcasing a wealth of fruitiness that lingers generously. Viticulture:
2021 had a rainy winter, mild spring and summer. The harvest started in August and was long, fresh and rainy.
Fermentation:
Natural fermentation (indigenous yeast) took place in a stainless steel vat, in contact with the skins for 10 days.
Aging:
Malolactic fermentation occurred in used 500-liter French oak barrels, where it remained for 18 months with regular batonnage. Finally, the wine was patiently allowed to naturally settle, and when it reached clarity, it was bottled without filtration.
