Light straw
Fresh and intense, with beautiful notes of lime, lemon grass, and a touch of melon and minerality.
The ripe character of melon dominates the entry, with some green notes. The mid-palate is balanced with fresh, crisp acidity providing sharpness. Mineral and zesty finish.
This is a ripe, rich and fruity wine. A blend of Gouveio, Arinto and Moscatel, it is red-apple fresh with acidity and a lemon-zest aftertaste. Drink now. Organic.

Viticulture:
2021 had a rainy winter, a mild spring and summer. The harvest started in August and was long, fresh and rainy. Organic hand-harvested estate-grown Quinta Senhora do Rosário vineyard grapes.
Fermentation:
Whole-cluster grapes pressed. Fermented on selected yeast, frequent battonage until bottling.
