As our vineyards are getting older, and we are learning more from our viticulture, we are able to isolate a small portion of our very best grapes. It shows all the concentration and elegance that a Douro white wine can achieve.

Viticulture:
The weather in 2023 can be defined as a hot and humid year. Average temperatures stayed above the long term average for most of the months until August. It was a generous year in terms of rain, with December 2022 and June clearly above the average. This trend for above average rain extended to the harvest time, which was not very welcomed by us.
Fermentation:
The grapes were gently pressed, the must slowly fermented at low temperature during one week in stainless steel tanks, and 3 weeks in barrel.
Aging:
The wine stays in 100% French oak barrels during 11 months with battonage once a week for the first 6 months.
Winemakers:
Teresa Batista and Mariana Rosária
