Winemaking Details
Viticulture:
The 2023 vintage was warm and humid, with helpful rainfall in December and June, contributing to healthy vines and high-quality grapes, despite some rain during harvest.
Fermentation:
After gentle destemming, fermentation took place at 24°C in stainless steel vats, with soft pump-overs to extract smooth tannins. Skin contact was limited to 10 days, preserving freshness. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel.
Aging:
The wine was aged in stainless steel for freshness and purity.
