Winemaking Details
Viticulture:
The 2025 vintage was marked by a hot and dry summer, which favored a steady ripening and excellent grape health. Despite moderate yields, the vines produced fruit with great concentration and aromatic intensity. The stable conditions during the ripening period allowed for a remarkable balance between richness and freshness. The 2025 wines show depth, structure, and character, authentically reflecting the identity of the Douro. Winemaking: Grapes were hand-harvested and cooled to approximately 10°C. After a short maceration, the must was gently pressed and underwent cold settling. Fermentation took place at 15°C for 16 days.
Aging:
Kept in stainless steel tanks with frequent bâtonnage for 4 months.
