A very limited quantitiy was produced with our best grapes from Quinta Vale d’Agodinho. Bottled 2 years after the harvest, this Vintage Port will keep developing inside the bottle and your patience will be rewarded after a few decades.
Bright purple
Blueberry, raspberry and a touch of violet.
On the palate: beautiful texture, with good body and weight dominated by pure primary flavors. The tannins are mostly hidden primarily by fruit.

Viticulture:
A long period of rain in April and May during flowering dropped the yield. A cool summer delayed the beginning of the harvest to the end of September.
Fermentation:
Totally destemmed grapes followed by a slow fermentation with temperature control up to 28ºC degrees. Unfiltered. Bottled in October 2010.
