In 2019, our Touriga Franca parcels really outshine. This easily explains the elegance of this Vintage Port. It was blended with the best grapes from our organic vineyards at Quinta da Trovisca to provide its backbone. A wine of amazing concentration, yet so elegant. Such a true challenge to achieve this masterpiece.
Dark purple
Very intense fresh and pure aromas of black fruits, dark chocolate, spices.
Concentrated, yet so elegant, this Vintage will surprise you by its precision and purity of flavours. The bold tannins carresses your palate, the balance of this Port is impeccable. The lingering finish reveals the long aging potential of this Vintage.

Viticulture:
Hand-harvested grapes from Quinta da Trovisca vineyard. This is a family-owned vineyard planted with the traditional red grapes of the Douro valley, dry farmed and vertical and terrace planting on the plateau of São João da Pesqueira.
Fermentation:
Fermented on the native yeasts followed by two years of aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered.
