TASTING NOTES
Colour
Pale yellow with green hints
AROMA
Very intense and yet precise aromas ranging from green and vegetal like asparagus enhanced with fresh and citrusy notes of lime and grapefruit.
PALATE
Light and elegant, yet intensely aromatic with notes of pears and citrus. The finish bursts with minerality.

Winemaking Details
Viticulture:
2021 had a rainy winter, mild spring and summer. The harvest started in August and it was cool and rainy. Hand-harvested, sustainable and dry farmed grapes.
Fermentation:
Whole-cluster pressed, fermented on the native yeasts. Have undergone full malolactic fermentation.
Aging:
Part of the wine was aged for 5 months in Hungarian Oak barrels, the other part remained in stainless steel tanks.
