Rain and lower temperatures in early September helped ripeness to finish as the vine recovered from an exhausting Summer. The harvest started on August 24th for the grape for this Q Grande Reserva White.

Fermentation:
The grapes were gently pressed, the must slowly fermented at low temperature during one week in stainless steel tanks, followed by 3 weeks in barrel.

Aging:
The wine remained in barrels during 7 months with battonage once a week.
