Cancellation Policy

Quevedo’s Cancellation Policy 

Thank you for choosing Quevedo for your visit, experience, workshop, or tasting. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully:

 

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event will receive a partial refund (the totality of the value minus the booking fee).
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event are not eligible for a refund.

 

Rescheduling by Customer

  • Requests for rescheduling  are subject to availability and do not incur any rescheduling fee.

 

Cancellation by Quevedo

  • Quevedo reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, or insufficient participation. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

No-shows

  • Customers who fail to attend a scheduled event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Age Restrictions

  • All participants must be of legal drinking age in Portugal (18 years old) to attend our wine tastings/experiences.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request via the original method of payment.

Additional Terms

  • Participants are required to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Quevedo staff during the event.
  • Quevedo reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who appears to be intoxicated or disruptive.
