It reveals a beautiful medium brown color with delicate hints of pomegranate. On the nose, elegant aromas of cherry and dried raspberry emerge, on the palate it is fresh yet rich, leading to a long and refined finish marked by lingering chocolate nuances.

Viticulture:
The long and very wet Winter helped to create the water reserves the vines needed and used during the very hot days in August.
Fermentation:
The wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel vats to maintain its purity and quality. Afterward, it was aged using two distinct methods.
Aging:
It was aged in 550-liter chestnut wood barrels until the time of bottling.
