Dry White Port

The Dry White Port is fermented longer, which results in less residual sugar. Great balance between acidity and sweetness makes this drier style of white Port perfect for appetizers and cocktails.

TASTING NOTES

Gold

AROMA

Complex and fresh nose filled with aromas of ripe pear, golden apple, honey and peach.

PALATE

This Dry white has a sharp entry due to its lower sugar content, creating a nice tension, yet it does not lack the aromatic complexity and intensity with nice flavours of apple, honey and poached pear on the finish.
