The lower residual sugar content gives this Dry White Port an elegant fresh and floral entry on the palate. Perfectly balanced, this Port displays great purity of flavours of apple, honey and poached pear, with a precise and lingering finish.

PALATE

This Dry white has a sharp entry due to its lower sugar content, creating a nice tension, yet it does not lack the aromatic complexity and intensity with nice flavours of apple, honey and poached pear on the finish.

Winemaking Details

Viticulture:
Hand-harvested, sustainable and dry farmed grapes from owned vineyards and sourced from neighbours.

Fermentation:
Totally destemmed and crushed grapes, followed by a slow fermentation, without skin contact. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel vats with temperature controlled up to 22ºC degrees.

Aging:
3 years in stainless steel vats. Soft filtration.
