Our commitment to organic viticulture results in this exuberant and concentrated red wine, the best that nature can provide. While displaying intense and concentrated flavours, this wine remains fresh and balanced on the palate, with wonderful rich fruit surrounding the present tannins.

TASTING NOTES
Colour
Deep ruby with purple hint, medium saturation
AROMA
Rich and expressive notes of dark berries combined with notes of wild flowers, that can be found in the organic vineyards where the grapes come from.
PALATE
It has an intense body with plenty of fruit notes coming along. The tannins are ripened and soft which makes it ready to drink now.

Winemaking Details
Viticulture:
2021 had a rainy winter, a mild spring and summer. The grapes were harvested in early October, showing a good balance between sugar acidity and phenolic maturation. Organic hand-harvested Quinta da Trovisca vineyard grapes.
Fermentation:
destemmed and crushed grapes. Part of the wine aged in French oak barrels and the other part in stainless steel tanks.
