Winemaking Details

Viticulture:
2012 was a very dry year with around 50% of the average rainfall. Vines produced 35% less than average.

Fermentation:
Totally destemmed grapes, followed by a slow fermentation with temperature control up to 25º C. Soft filtration. Bottled in April 2014.
