Quevedo Mosaic White
This White Port is a unique creation from our family, crafted from 47 distinct grape varieties. The grapes were destemmed and gently pressed, allowing the juice to ferment without the skins. It is a White Port made our way, designed to age, yet bottled young to preserve its fresh aromas. Unique, and perhaps unrepeatable.

Winemaking Details
Viticulture:
Terrace-planted vines at Quinta de Santa Bárbara, located at the mouth of the Torto River in São João da Pesqueira. This vineyard is likely the most diverse and complete field blend of local grape varieties in the Douro Valley.
Fermentation:
The grapes were destemmed and underwent a wild fermentation in stainless steel lagares with temperature control, not exceeding 24°C. The must was machine-trodden four times daily. Once the residual sugar dropped below 110 g/L, the wine was fortified and transferred to stainless steel tanks.
Aging:
Aged for 2 years in stainless steel, preserving freshness and primary fruit character. Bottled with a long cork to support aging potential. This is a Single Quinta Vintage Port from the 2022 harvest.
Winemaker:
Cláudia Quevedo
