Our Ruby Reserve is crafted from our 5 years old reserve, and is showing great complexity while retaining all the great purity and concentration of a young Ruby.
Strong concentration of wild fruit, such as blueberry, blackberry, cherry and spices.
In the mouth it is really fresh with lingering tannins that are very well balanced with the acidity.

Viticulture: Hand-harvested, sustainably-grown grapes from owned and sourced vineyards. Fermentation: Fermented on the native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aging: Once most of the natural decantion is finished, this Port was blended with other vintages for bottling, making an average of 5 years in stainless steel tanks. Pad filtered at bottling.
