Concentração de frutas vermelhas como framboesa e morango, com notas de pimenta preta.
PALATO
Encorpado com boa estrutura, cheio de taninos e sabores de frutas. Acidez fina com grande comprimento e um final picante.

DETALHES DA VINIFICAÇÃO
Viticulture:
Wet weather during flowering reduced the fruit set, which helped increase the concentration and overall quality of the grapes. Few showers prior to the harvest brought freshness to the vineyards, helping the vines get a last breath to finish the ripening.
Fermentation:
Totally destemmed and crushed grapes, followed by a slow fermentation with temperature control up to 27ºC degrees.
Aging:
Aged for 4 years in seasoned balseiros. Soft filtration. Bottled in July 2012.
